Event registration cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the event start date. After then the full amount of the registration fee will be forfeited. All cancellations will be assessed a $25 administrative fee. A registration can be transferred to another person in your company at no cost.

Please note that Group Discount registrations cannot be refunded at anytime.

Eligibility requires that your company...

  3. Must be sponsored by at least one current PEI member company.

Also, those individuals employed by a company that stores, transports, meters or dispenses petroleum products are eligible for membership in the O&E division.

Annual corporate membership dues for all four divisions — distributor, service & construction, manufacturer or affiliate — are based on gross annual sales in the petroleum equipment industry.

Minimum annual dues start at $455 and are determined by annual sales revenue. The first year's dues are required with the membership application.

After taking an online test you will be presented with your results page. This includes your detailed results, your score, correct responses and a link to your certificate. Certificates or results must be printed at this time. If you navigate away from this page you will no longer have access to these results.

Yes, we offer PDF versions of the Recommended Practices and Service Technician Training manuals through our partners at Techstreet.

These digital versions use an Adobe Acrobat plugin called FileOpen. Once purchased you will download your document from Techstreet and must provide your login credentials (from your Techstreet account, not your PEI credentials). Then you will be able to print up to two copies and open the file on two different devices. Internet access is required the first time you open the book, after tht Internet access is not required.

Each individual associated with your company must be assigned at least one role (typically Employee). But in addition there are several other roles available...

  • Primary Contact - Listed in Directory and has full access to company profile and roster. This is the person assigned as the Official Representative to PEI, receiving all materials, ballots, invoices, etc.
  • Employee - Listed in Directory.
  • Web Administrator - Like the Primary Contact, but not listed in Directory.
  • Accounts Payable - Contact for billing issues and late payments.
  • Advertising Contact - Receives information on association sponsorships and promotional opportunities.
  • Exhibit Contact - Contact for booth information and NACS Show correspondence.
  • Priority Club Contact - Person responsible for Priority Club materials and contact.
  • Safety Contact - Individual responsible for safety program.
