WHAT ROLES CAN I ASSIGN?

Each individual associated with your company must be assigned at least one role (typically Employee). But in addition there are several other roles available...

  • Primary Contact - Listed in Directory and has full access to company profile and roster. This is the person assigned as the Official Representative to PEI, receiving all materials, ballots, invoices, etc.
  • Employee - Listed in Directory.
  • Web Administrator - Like the Primary Contact, but not listed in Directory.
  • Accounts Payable - Contact for billing issues and late payments.
  • Advertising Contact - Receives information on association sponsorships and promotional opportunities.
  • Exhibit Contact - Contact for booth information and NACS Show correspondence.
  • Priority Club Contact - Person responsible for Priority Club materials and contact.
  • Safety Contact - Individual responsible for safety program.
