After purchasing an online test you will receive an order confirmation. The access code(s) for test purchases are shown there. If you don't see the email check you spam or Junk Mail folders.

The access code must entered exactly as shown. We recommend you copy/paste the code to be certain it's correct.

Usually access codes are available for use immediately. Sometimes the access code can take up to 30 minutes to validate in the quiz access system. If you are having trouble using an access code and the order was placed more than hour ago please contact us [2]. Include the order number if possible.
