Will there be shuttle service from hotels to the Las Vegas Convention Center?

Yes, shuttle service will be provided to and from the Las Vegas Convention Center to most hotels in the NACS Show housing block, except for hotels near the convention center that are considered “walk hotels.” A schedule of shuttle dates and times will be available in the program and on the PEI event app.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than September 11 to PEI (registrations@pei.org). Please include registration confirmation number if possible. A $25 administrative fee per person will apply. After September 11, the full amount of the registration fee will be forfeited. Please note that individual cancellations that are part of a group discount may impact the rate of others registered within the group. A registration can be transferred to another person in your company at no cost. Contact us at registrations@pei.org or call 918-236-3967.

Can children be in the exhibit hall?

Children age 16 and older must be registered as an Attendee for admission into the exposition. Children age 15 and younger do not need to be registered in order to visit the Show floor. All children 15 and under must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times while on the Show floor. Absolutely no one under the age of 16 will be allowed on the Show floor during move-in and move-out hours—this includes infants. A child waiver form must be completed for any child 15 or under to access the exhibit hall. Child waiver forms will be available on-site in the main PEI Show registration area. Limited to two children age 15 and under per paying attendee.

Do you offer a spouse/guest registration option?

We no longer offer a spouse registration rate. In order to attend the social functions or gain admission into the exhibit hall, all participants must either purchase a one-day registration or a full attendee registration and wear a PEI badge.
