Membership Meeting: S&C Amendment Approved

PEI official representatives unanimously approved a Strategic Long Range Planning Committee proposal to amend PEI bylaws. The amendment:

Allows distributors and service and construction members to run for nine district board seats.
Allows S&C members to serve as officers.
Eliminates the S&C board position.
