Membership Meeting: S&C Amendment Approved
PEI official representatives unanimously approved a Strategic Long Range Planning Committee proposal to amend PEI bylaws. The amendment:
- Allows distributors and service and construction members to run for nine district board seats.
- Allows S&C members to serve as officers.
- Eliminates the S&C board position.
8 Directors Installed to Board
2019 PEI President Charlie Burns installed eight new directors of odd number districts to the board during the annual PEI Membership Meeting.
