Each year, the PEI president appoints individual PEI members to committees, each with a specific purpose to help the organization carry out its work.

Under PEI’s election procedure, an Official Representative or a duly appointed alternate must request to have his/her name included on the ballot, indicating a willingness to serve on the Board of Directors if elected. A request for your name to be included must be received by PEI not less than seven (7) days prior to the mailing of the ballots. As this is a odd-numbered year, we elect directors from odd-numbered districts plus a Service and Construction division representative.

Today at 11:00 AM Central Standard Time PEI sent out electronic ballots for the election of Board of Directors. This is the first time the voting process has been handled online.

An email was sent to all individuals identified as the Official Representative for PEI member companies in even-numbered districts and the Affiliate member division.

The polls are open until July 21st. If you are the Official Representative for your company and did not receive a ballot contact Teresa Jonkman at tjonkman@pei.org.
