Under PEI’s election procedure, an Official Representative or a duly appointed alternate must request to have his/her name included on the ballot, indicating a willingness to serve on the Board of Directors if elected. A request for your name to be included must be received by PEI not less than seven (7) days prior to the mailing of the ballots. As this is a odd-numbered year, we elect directors from odd-numbered districts plus a Service and Construction division representative.
We have provided the following Acrobat PDF form for you to request a name be included on the ballot. Complete the form– then save it and email to info@pei.org, or print and fax to 918.491.9895 by June 19.
