Dear PEI Member:

The complete program for the 2012 PEI Convention at the NACS Show (October 7-10, in Las Vegas) has now been finalized. With registrations running well ahead of last year, a sold-out trade show and an exciting slate of educational sessions, this year's Convention will be the event of the year in our industry.

If you have not registered, we urge you to do so quickly. Early bird and group registration discounts, which can save up to $200 per attendee, expire July 31—less than one week from today.

This special issue of the TulsaLetter provides a preview of the opportunities awaiting you in Las Vegas. For a detailed schedule with all dates and times, see www.pei.org/show.

CONNECT AND GROW

Young Executives Discussion Groups and Reception. This event is open to PEI members aged 21 to 45. An address by PEI President Joey Cheek, discussion groups and a special reception guarantee both learning and fun.

PEI Industry Reception. The always popular PEI Industry Reception lets you unwind, enjoy tasty food and beverages, listen to great music, and socialize with your peers.

PEI After-Hours Lounge. Held on the first two nights of the Convention, the PEI After-Hours Lounge at LVH (formerly the Las Vegas Hilton) is the place to relax and catch up with fellow PEI members.

Find Red―Find PEI Volunteers. Find Red―Find PEI volunteers make a huge contribution by guiding attendees to various sessions and events. Volunteering is a great way for you to see and be seen―and PEI staff certainly welcomes the extra hands on deck. Volunteers and their companies are recognized in signage at the show, as well as in the PEI program. Contact Carletta Denison at cdenison@pei.org to participate.

THE NACS TRADE SHOW
Last but not least is the petroleum and energy marketing equipment and services area of the NACS Show (October 8-10). A whopping 604 booths and 60,400 net square feet of exhibit space sold out in record time this year. There is no better way to learn about the latest products, technologies and services in our industry than to spend time at the trade show. (Note: This year, the complete Exhibitor Guide for petroleum equipment and services will be included in the 4Q PEI Journal, available at the Convention. If you are an exhibitor and would like to enhance your free Exhibitor Guide listing with a company logo and/or a QR code, contact Dana Roseberry at 239-542-8123 or droseberry@pei.org.)
