UL 80 Tank [1]

A welded steel vessel with a maximum capacity of 660 gallons constructed according to Underwriters Laboratories [2] Standard 80 entitled, Steel Tanks for Oil Burner Fuel. 

A UL 80 tank is intended for installation inside buildings or for outside aboveground applications. These tanks are primarily used for the supply of fuel oil to oil burners.
