Marina Fueling Facility [1]

A storage system consisting of tanks [2], associated piping, pumps, hoses [3], and nozzles [4] that is constructed for the purpose of fueling recreational and commercial vessels.

The fuel is dispensed into a tank that is a fixed component of the vessel, or in some instances into an approved portable fuel container.  The marina fueling facility may be located on a river, reservoir, lake, bay, gulf, or ocean.
