Level Alarm [1]

A system, either mechanical or electronic, in a storage tank [2] that can monitor the liquid level in the tank, and activate an alarm, a light, a buzzer or computer message, when the liquid reaches a predetermined level, or when the level drops substantially during a period when it should have remained constant.
