Drum Cover [1]

A steel disc with a rim that is designed to sit on top of a standard open-head, 55-gallon drum [2]. 

The drum cover includes an opening and a clamp mechanism that allows the body of a stick pump [3] to be inserted and held in a fixed position inside the drum.
