Compartmental tank [1]

A storage tank [2], or truck tank, that is divided by one or more walls, or bulkheads, to create individual compartments within the tank.

A typical storage tank is designed to contain a single liquid. A compartmental tank, on the other hand, may be used for the storage of two or more different grades of gasoline [3] and diesel  [4]fuel–with each product contained within its own compartment.
