Air Drop [1]

A branch of a compressed air distribution system that connects an air-operated piece of equipment to an air header. A typical air drop consists of a length of tubing leading from an air header [2], a water drip leg [3], and a short length of tubing that includes a shutoff valve [4], a filter, a regulator and a lubricator.
