In 2021, PEI launched a new insurance program that offers cyber liability protection for PEI members. Monroe & Monroe Insurance provides coverage through Cowbell Insurance Agency.

Cowbell factors rate risk by scanning millions of data points, including outside-in, and inside-out data, as well as the dark web. The result is a benchmark of your organization's risk profile answering questions such as:
1. Is my business as secure as my industry peers?
2. Where is my greatest cyber risk exposure?

Coverage options include: security breach expense and liability; restoration of electronic data; extortion threats, public relations expense; hardware replacement costs; post breach remediation coverage; website media liability.

General Liability/Pollution Liability

The association sponsors two insurance programs that offer general liability and pollution liability insurance for PEI members. Monroe & Monroe Insurance offers coverage through Mid-Continent Insurance Company. STICO Mutual offers PEI members the opportunity to participate in a risk retention group for their insurance coverage.
