Registration Open for 2016 Purchasing and Inventory Conference [1]

The Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) has announced that its 2016 Purchasing and Inventory Managers Conference will be held April 14-16 at the Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
With roundtable discussions, networking opportunities, sponsor exhibits and a world-class General Session speaker, PEI’s 2016 Purchasing & Inventory Managers Conference is the event of the year for industry professionals.
The two-day conference will feature three general session presentations by Dale Henry, Ph.D. Henry is a well-known author, educator, trainer and speaker and will present three general sessions during the conference: “Dealing With the Organizational Wart: Change”; “The Power of TEAM”; and “The Customer Is Always Right?”
The conference also will include thought-provoking roundtable discussions covering important industry topics for purchasing and inventory managers. Roundtable topics include: best software packages; branches and inventory management; eliminating obsolete and excess inventory; inventory control with bar codes; inventory control on rolling stock; nuts and bolts of core and warranty management; and warehouse management.
The early conference registration fee is $295 for PEI members and $545 for non-members through Feb. 6, 2016. Fees increase to $395 and $695, respectively, after that date. Registration for the conference is available by visiting www.pei.org/pi2016 [2] or by calling PEI at 918-494-9696.
Room block rates at the Sheraton Music City Hotel are $149 per night.
