Early Registration for PEI Convention Ends August 13 [1]

The Petroleum Equipment Institute has announced that early registration for the 2010 PEI Convention at the NACS Show will end August 13.
Early registration rates are $275 for PEI and NACS members and $425 for all other attendees. This rate is valid through August 13, 2010. Additional rates for one-day registration or expo-only registration are also available. Effective August 14, rates will be $375 for PEI and NACS members and $525 for all other attendees. Registration includes admission to all educational sessions, Expo for all three days, the PEI Industry Reception and NACS Welcome Reception.
PEI sponsored educational sessions will address legislative and political initiatives that affect petroleum equipment businesses, the future of the oil industry, ethanol, social media and the economy. President George W. Bush will address the closing general session.
The convention, the petroleum equipment industry’s largest annual event, is scheduled for October 5-8, 2010, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia. This year’s event celebrates the 60th anniversary of PEI.
“Industry-wide, 2010 was an eventful year and we expect the 2010 PEI Convention to be no different,” said Robert Renkes, PEI Executive Vice President. “Year to date, booth sales of are up nearly 10 percent, and many of our exhibitors have announced that they will be introducing important new products and new technologies at the show. We’ve also increased our educational offerings and assembled a strong lineup of speakers. Put it all together, and PEI’s 60th Anniversary Convention will easily be one of the largest and most exciting that we have ever hosted.”
