FAQs
- What if I don't know my password? (How do I reset my password?)
- Go to my.pei.org and click “create or reset password.”
- Enter your email address.
- You will get an email from PEI with a one-time link to reset your password.
- What if I've never set up my PEI account?
- Go to my.pei.org and click “Don't have an account?”
- Follow the prompts.
- Why don't I see the "Company Profile" button you mention?
Only “primary contacts” and people with “company manager” status may edit your company listing. If you do not see the “Company Profile” button, you probably don’t have that status. You may email Teresa Farmer to see who your company’s primary contact is.
- How do I give another person access to update my company listing?
Email Teresa Farmer and request to give that person (or people) "company manager” status.
- What is the difference between a “primary contact” and “company manager”?
A primary contact gets all of PEI's emails about dues, the board of directors election, updating your company's directory listing, etc. A company manager may update your company's directory listing.
