PEI Partners with Techstreet to Offer New RP Shopping Experience

The Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) has introduced a redesigned bookstore that allows users to purchase and use PEI Recommended Practice documents in a variety of new ways.

PEI Recommended Practice documents can be ordered as a traditional printed book or as an electronic RP (PDF), capable of multiple prints and use on up to two devices. The new shopping experience also offers print and PDF combos, as well as historical copies of the document and redline editions that allows users to compare current and past versions.

For larger companies, the redesigned bookstore offers multi-user PDFs and an enterprise license that grants access to all employees of a company for single Recommended Practice titles or the entire library.

Techstreet, a Thomson Reuters business, and the host of more than 500,000 codes, standards and technical books from over 350 of the world’s leading authorities, built the site and is hosting the online store. Techstreet also offers specialized technical support to purchasers.
