Trabilsy Elected President of PEI

Steve Trabilsy, president of Accurate Tank Technologies, North Aurora, Ill., has been elected by the members of the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) to serve as president of the organization.

Trabilsy most recently served as PEI’s vice president. He was elected during the Institute’s 65th annual convention and trade show in Las Vegas, and will take office Jan. 1, 2016.

Trabilsy has served as the president of Accurate Tank Technologies since 2006. Founded in 1989, Accurate Tank Technologies provides installation, maintenance and compliance testing of underground and aboveground tanks, and piping and dispensing equipment for commercial and retail fueling facilities. The company operates in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Trabilsy has served on the PEI Board of Directors, the PEI Convention and Education Committee, and is a current member of the Continental 10-Group.

Trabilsy replaces Kevin McKinney, president of McKinney Petroleum Equipment, Mobile, Ala., as president of PEI.
