Sam Glenn, an award-winning author and sought-after speaker, will serve as the keynote presenter for the 2014 Kick-Off Breakfast at the PEI Convention, Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2014, in Las Vegas.
 
Glenn is the author of 16 books, and has won several awards for his speaking and presentation skills, including Speaker of the Year by both Meeting and Events Magazine and Meeting Professionals International. Glenn also has two Telly Awards for Most Outstanding Motivational Video. In addition to being featured in thousands of newspapers and appearing on television talk shows and multiple radio programs, Glenn is the "go-to guy" for hundreds of organizations that value positive people engaged in positive action.
 
The PEI Kick-off Breakfast will be held Wednesday, Oct. 8, at 7:30 a.m. at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Glenn’s presentation, “A Kick in the Attitude,” will address the topic of attitude as it relates to being a leader, dealing with change, and advancing your professional personal development. The PEI Convention will take place October 7-10, with the trade show open October 8-10. Advanced PEI Convention registration, which includes admission to concurrent educational sessions, the trade show, the PEI Industry Reception and NACS Welcome Reception, is $445 for PEI and NACS members and $645 for all other attendees. This advance rate is only available through September 26, 2014. A daily rate also is available. For PEI member companies registering five or more attendees for full registration, PEI offers additional discounts.
