The Petroleum Equipment Institute has announced that online registration remains open for the upcoming PEI Convention at the NACS Show 2009, the petroleum equipment industry’s largest annual event. The convention is scheduled for October 20-23, 2009 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Full registration includes admission to all educational sessions, Expo for all three days, the PEI Industry Reception and NACS Welcome Reception. Registration rates are $375 for PEI and NACS members and $525 for all other attendees. This rate is valid through October 9, 2009. Additional rates for one-day registration or expo-only registration are also available.
Author Patti Digh will be the keynote speaker for the 2009 Kick-off Breakfast. Digh is the author of two business books on global leadership and diversity, one named a Fortune magazine “best business book for 2000.” Her comments have appeared on PBS, and in the Wall Street Journal, Fortune, the New York Times, USAToday, the Washington Post, and London Financial Times, among other national and international publications.
Additional topics that will be presented in PEI-sponsored education sessions include E15, Asset Protection, Diesel Exhaust Fluid, BioFuels, PCI Compliance and "Surviving The Great Recession." PEI Executive Vice President Bob Renkes will also present the “State of the Industry” to the Thursday, October 22 Membership Meeting and Industry Lunch.
