Steve Trabilsy, president of Accurate Tank Technologies, North Aurora, Illinois, has been elected by the members of the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) to serve as vice president of the organization, and Craig Hoyer, president of Kubat Equipment and Service Co., has been appointed PEI’s treasurer by the association’s Board of Directors.

Trabilsy most recently served as PEI’s treasurer and was elected during the Institute's 64th annual convention and trade show in Las Vegas. Trabilsy will take office Jan. 1, 2015. Hoyer assumes office immediately.

Trabilsy has served as the president of Accurate Tank Technologies since 2006. Founded in 1989, Accurate Tank Technologies provides installation, maintenance and compliance testing of underground and aboveground tanks, piping and dispensing equipment for commercial and retail fueling facilities and operates in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. Trabilsy has served on the PEI Board of Directors, the PEI Convention/Education Committee and is a current member of the Continental 10-Group.

Hoyer is the president of Denver-based Kubat Equipment and Service Co. Founded in 1949, Kubat Equipment and Service Co. is a sales, service, and installation company for the petroleum, automotive and industrial markets in Colorado and Wyoming. Hoyer is a former member of the PEI Young Executives and has served on the PEI Board of Directors, the PEI Convention/Education Committee and is a current member of the Pioneer 10-Group.
