D&H UNITED ACQUIRES VALLEY TANK TESTING

D&H United Fueling Solutions, a supplier of fuel system equipment, installation and services in the Southwest, acquired Valley Tank Testing, the company announced Nov. 11.

The acquisition broadens D&H United’s compliance services offerings and provides Valley Tank Testing with additional repair and project services capabilities.

Kane and Berkle founded Valley Tank Testing in 2004 in Houston. They bring experience in environmental compliance, maintenance and repairs. The company has grown to provide a complete suite of underground storage tank (UST) and aboveground storage tank (AST) system testing and inspection services from Florida to Arizona and performs work in more than 30 states.  

Valley Tank Testing will operate as a separate standalone division of D&H United to allow both companies to broaden their services offerings.

In February 2020, KLH Capital partnered with D&H United’s management team to recapitalize and continue the growth path of the company.
