Author Ben Marcus writes on the Colorado Public News website that at least two things are pushing Colorado employers to rethink employees' marijuana use: the state's low unemployment numbers and legal pot.
Even so, courts are siding with employers, mostly. Marijuana use remains illegal under federal law.
