Each year we provide PEI members exhibiting in the NACS Show some special benefits to help them make the most of their investment. Here are just a few of these special enhancements available to our member exhibitors for the 2016  expo.

Attendee List
PEI publishes the convention attendee list on our website. Memmber companies are highluighted in the lists- and even linked to their directory listing.

While the public only sees the registrant and company names, members can download the registration list with full address information for free. Notes: You must log in to download the list, it does not include emails and this list does not include NACS registrants or booth personnel.

The PEI Event App
Our mobile app is now live. And it includes your booth and exhibit information!

Download it now to view a list of PEI members exhibiting at the NACS Show, including all exhibitors in the Fuel Equipment & Services area. You can also view a list of attendees that have registered with PEI, along with schedules, floorplans and session details. 

There are a number of nifty features in the app. One of particular interest allows attendees to contact you through the mobile app. The email we have on file for your exhibit contact is listed as your company's point of contact. If we don't have an exhibit contact on file, the email address for the official representative to PEI is used as the default contact.

All exhibit booth personnel are invited to join us at PEI events like our education sessions and reception. The PEI Industry Reception and After-Hours Lounge are both popular networking events where you can make valuable connections.

Kick-Off Breakfast 
You're also welcome to attend the PEI Kick-Off Breakfast and general session that, well... kicks off the convention! But this one you have to pay for. Tickets are $30 each and can be reserved by contacting Sondra Sutton at PEI Headquarters: ssutton@pei.org or 918-236-3967.

Exhibitor Guide in the PEI Journal
The Fourth Quarter edition of our official magazine includes the complete guide to the Fuel Equipment & Services area, plus PEI members exhibiting in other areas.

The magazine will be available at strategic locations throughout the trade show, in education sessions and at the PEI registration counter. 

PEI Floorplan
Additionally, we offer all attendees a foldout floorplan showing just the Fuel Equipment & Services area and any PEI members exhibiting in other areas. This is intended as a complement to the full floorplan that NACS distributes on-site. 

Badge Pickup 
And one final reminder—all booth personnel will need to visit NACS registration to pick up their badges. You will be provided PEI convention materials (lanyard, program, etc) when you pick up your badges. Registration is located on the south end of the Georgia World Congress Center.
